Pinging The Portal: Cincinnati Transfer Portal Interest Continues Into Day Three

The Bearcats have dialed in needs and not lost a ton to the portal so far.

CINCINNATI — The portal pings continue into Day Three of the 2024 December window. We pick things back up with a visit scheduled by FIU offensive tackle Travis Burke. Portal Report reported the visit.

The junior holds one more year of eligibility after starting all 12 games for FIU at left tackle in 2024. He earned a 69.8 PFF grade on 763 2024 snaps at 6-9, 306 pounds.

Sticking in the trenches, Cincinnati offered Jacksonville State offensive tackle K.D. Arnold on Tuesday. The sophomore holds two more years of eligibility at 6-7, 315 pounds.

He played 215 snaps this past season between left and right tackle. It amounted to a 53.2 PFF grade.

Cincinnati added another offer for FCS Lindenwood wide receiver Jeff Caldwell on Wednesday. The 6-5, 200-pound junior holds one-year of eligibility after posting 52 catches for 1,011 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season.

It added up to a 74.2 PFF grade on a career-high 702 snaps.
