Bearcats 2022 Spring Game Moved Indoors; Closed to Public

CINCINNATI — Rain, Rain go away.

That's all Bearcats fans can say after the school canceled Saturday's Spring Game at Nippert Stadium due to inclement weather. The game is still being played inside the practice bubble—but is closed to the public.

"We have a young team and nearly every position up for grabs so we can’t afford to lose a day of practice,” head coach Luke Fickell said about the change. “Unfortunately, it looks like the weather is not cooperating like we would need for us to have a productive outdoor scrimmage this weekend.”

The school does still plan to have a Fan Fest at some point in the summer.
