Recruiting Roundup: Three-Star Running Back Places UC in his Top-Five; Bearcats Extend two More Offers

CINCINNATI — Recruiting is a year-round beast, and more news recently came down from the trail. Two more offers got unveiled, and a Bearcats target placed UC among his top schools. Things start with a player UC offered a few weeks back in 2023 three-star running back A'Marion Peterson out of Hirschi (Tx.).

According to 247Sports, Peterson is the 354th-ranked player in the 2023 composite rankings and the 22nd-ranked running back. He holds 14 offers from schools like Baylor, Kansas, and Missouri. Check out his highlights here.

Cincinnati extended two more offers yesterday as well, starting with three-star 2023 linebacker Arvell Reese out of Glenville (Oh.).

According to 247Sports, Reese is the 40th-ranked linebacker nationally and the 13th-ranked player in Ohio. Rivals has him rated as the 21st-best player in Ohio. Reese has 15 offers from schools like Indiana, Iowa State, and Akron.

The other offer went out to 2024 four-star tight end Martavious Collins out of Rome (Ga.).

According to 247Sports, Collins is the 32nd-ranked recruit in the 2024 class and the fifth-best athlete. He holds six offers from schools like Georgia, Tennessee, and Georgia Tech. Check out his highlights here.
