Skydiver's GoPro falls off his head, found by curious bystanders

A South African skydiver lost his GoPro camera during a jump, but it survived the fall and was discovered by some curious people on the ground.

Luke Godfrey is a South African skydiver. During a recent jump, a parachute malfunction knocked his helmet off and sent his GoPro camera hurtling toward the earth. 

After a dizzying descent, the camera comes to rest in a field, where it is picked up by some confused bystanders.

Godfrey said he was able to retrieve the camera and helmet by giving some money to the people who found it. Amazingly, the camera was completely undamaged, Godfrey said.
