Connecticut Man Arrested for Tweeting Threats at the Mets

Wednesday October 23rd, 2013

Aryn Leroux, 32-year-old (42-year-old?) resident of West Haven, Connecticut, has been arrested and charged after Tweeting threats at various people connected to the New York Mets. The official charge, according to NBC Connecticut, is "threatening in the second degree and breach of peace."

I'm not sure there are enough prisons in the world to fit all the Mets fans who have angrily Tweeted at the team. Let's just hope Sandy Alderson's @ mentions get entered into the public record as evidence.
