FedEx Lost Russ Smith's Framed Final Four Jersey

Former Louisville Cardinals guard Russ Smith blasted FedEx on Twitter yesterday after the delivery company lost his framed Final Four jersey from Louisville's championship season.
Evidently, Smith had the jersey shipped to his father in Brooklyn, but the frame in which it was encased was found upon arrival to be cracked, prompting Smith's father to contact FedEx. The company agreed to pay for the damage on the condition the jersey was returned along with the frame. The elder Smith complied, but unfortunately the jersey was somehow misplaced at the packing facility.
So, yeah. Smith was furious, and rightfully so:
Thanks Fed Ex I trusted you with all my hard work and effort I put into that jersey only for you to throw it away.

Words really can't explain how upset I am. Billion dollar company, they throw away something I worked hard in & they only say "sorry".

@FedEx you are incredible. I am getting on a flight from Vegas to Louisville to graduate tomorrow & you guys have ruined that for me.

@FedEx There will be plenty of problems if I don't have my jersey. Same stains, same rips, same odor, same everything. Can't duplicate that.
