Paul Pierce eliminated from WSOP, says Kevin Garnett is a terrible poker player

After a strong run, Paul Pierce was eliminated on Day 3 of the World Series of Poker main event, finishing just outside the money at around 800th place out of 6,683 entrants.

Pierce spent his first break of the day to talk with about the game on a Google hangout, when he was asked about which of his teammates were the best and worst poker players.

Pierce pegged his longtime Boston Celtics and Brooklyn Nets teammate Kevin Garnett as the worst, because of his fiery temperament.

The free-agent added that Jason Collins was the best and would often go to casinos with Pierce while he was on the road to play.
