The injury was spotted by the Irish Daily Mirror who are calling it severe tennis elbow, but it looks more like an alien is about to burst forth from his arm than tennis elbow.

Becker appears to be well enough to go out on the courts and hit so lets hope the injury is not as painful as it is gross to look at.
