Former NBA player Muggsy Bogues joined SI Now on Monday to talk not only about his 14-year career, but also about his role in Space Jam. 

Bogues appeared in the classic 1996 film along with Shawn Bradley, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing and Hornets teammate Larry Johnson.

Rumors arose last spring that LeBron James would be starring in a Space Jam sequel, but LeBron shot that down. There's also been talk of a reboot starring Kevin Durant.

Durant and LeBron would be filling the superstar role played by Michael Jordan in the original. Maybe Nate Robinson could take Bogues' spot.
