Katy Perry is crediting the sharks for Sunday's Super Bowl XLIX halftime show.

Katy Perry is giving credit where it's due -- to the sharks.

After her epic halftime show during Sunday's Super Bowl XLIX, Perry lit up the Internet with talk of animatronic lions, dancing sharks, Missy Elliott and shooting stars.

The real MVP, though? Definitely not Tom Brady.

Hard to argue with that choice, Katy.
