Minor league baseball seasons are winding to a close as MLB’s expanded September rosters take effect, which means we are in the last days of zany theme uniforms.

Before the season is done the Corpus Christi Hooks are giving fans one more chance to watch a team play in outlandish jerseys with their salute to the Nickelodeon of the '90’s, beloved by millennial and their parents alike.

• Game 1 of minor league doubleheader goes 19 innings

The Astros’ Double A affiliate will wear the colorful jerseys on Friday, Sept. 4, when it takes on the Frisco Rough Riders.
