Newton and FOX’s Pam Oliver were startled by the screaming football player, who remained off-camera while making his pitch for Cam to hoist the league’s highest individual honor.

The fifth-year veteran has already thrown for a career-high 28 touchdowns with three games left to play this year, along with seven rushing touchdowns on the season.
