Talk about bad timing. Zack Greer, who plays for the National Lacrosse League's Saskatchewan Rush, got his masked knocked off by an opponent a split-second before a teammate's shot drilled him in the face. Though Greer kind of had it coming.

Someone Adopt This Dog
I seldom do this but there's an amazing one-year-old chocolate lab mix named Rowena Ravenclaw who is up for adoption in Brooklyn. Poor Rowena was hit by a car in her native Texas, broke her leg, received no treatment for weeks and eventually had the leg amputated. But don't feel bad. Despite having only three legs, Rowena is happy-go-lucky, loves everyone she meets, knows "sit," "down" and is learning "place." Here's the exclusive trailer for GREATER, based on the life of Brandon Burlsworth, the greatest walk-on in the history of college football. Burlsworth walked on to Arkansas in 1994 and worked his way to being a three-year starter and All-America in 1998. He was selected with the 63rd pick by the Indianapolis Colts in the 1999 NFL draft, but was tragically killed in a car accident 11 days later. GREATER will be released in theaters on Jan. 29.
