Eli Manning wasn’t jealous, he was just thinking about strategy

Eli Manning got caught grimacing after his brother’s team scored a crucial touchdown in the Super Bowl, but he says he wasn’t jealous.

When Peyton Manning’s Broncos scored their final touchdown in their Super Bowl win over the Panthers, TV cameras caught his brother Eli grimacing while the rest of his family celebrated. 

What was he thinking? Was he resentful that his older brother had tied him in Super Bowl rings? No, he told a TMZ guy who ambushed him at the airport that he was thinking about strategy.

“I was just was just focused on whether you go for two and, uh, knew the the defense had to step up, make some stops.”

Whatever you say, Eli. We’ll never believe you.
