The NBA Playoffs are now deep into the brackets, and former NBA player and current TV analyst Greg Anthony joins the show to talk about why perseverance, and not fearing failure, is vital to success. Plus, learn about how his "Altitude International" is revolutionizing training and recovery.

"Excellence is obviously a powerful word. I think excellence is the ability to have a high level of consistency. As human beings, we have faults and flaws, and we're not perfect, but excellence is when you approach the challenge of trying to be perfect and you create a level of consistency."

"Jerry Tarkanian instilled confidence in me," Anthony says of his college coach at the Universtiy of Nevada-Las Vegas, before adding, "Pat Riley instilled confidence in the team." Riley was Anthony's head coach for several years in the NBA.
