A Very Controversial List

We got out of jail a day early for good behavior and we're back on the Hot Clicks beat, so let's get right to it. Hoosiers is the lone sports flick to make EW.com's list of The 25 All-Time Best High School Movies. Two other movies in which sports played a prominent role -- Lucas (would you believe YouTube has the key football scene?) and Ferris Bueller's Day Off also make the cut. But we have two HUGE problems with this list. One is the omission of Varsity Blues. Ali Larter in a whipped cream bikini, a shirtless Billy Bob and James Van Der Beek's classic delivery of the line, "I don't want your life" (watch it at the 1:40 mark) should easily get this flick in the top 25. But, quite frankly, the list lost all credibility in our eyes when we saw that American Pie only came in at No. 22. That's just dumb.
