The 2008-09 season tips off Tuesday night. To help set the stage, we present our preseason Power Rankings. Keep in mind, this list represents how we see the teams stacking up on paper going into the season. It doesn't take into account how teams are playing at present. We'll start ranking them in that fashion starting Monday, Nov. 3.
