In today's A.M. Hot Clicks, I told you that PETA planned to use Tiger Woods in a billboard about neutering your dogs and cats. Well, Tiger's lawyers were none too pleased and now PETA has put the billboard on hold. In other great news for Woods, Chris Brownhas come out to defend the golfer.

Anyway, I had never heard of Vincent until John's e-mail, but after doing research, I had no choice but to give her the honor.
