Loyal members of Hot Clicks Nation will recall that at this time last year we started the countdown to the NFL season by featuring one cheerleading squad each Monday. With the calendar turning to August, we're going to continue that tradition. I'll feature one squad from each division starting today and ending Sept. 6. Representing the AFC East today is the Miami Dolphins, led by Brianne (left) and Brooke.

Yup, Another Bizarre Baseball Injury

The big NFL training camp story is that the Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworthfailed a conditioning test twice last week. Haynesworth, who didn't take the test Saturday or Sunday, won't be allowed to practice until he passes. This has TV reporters, 61-year-old journalists and bloggers trying to pass the same conditioning test.

Miss Iowa Katherine Connors threw out the first pitch at Friday's Nationals game, ending the week-long "feud" between she and Miguel Batista. For more pics from Connors's night, click here.
