Things have been very quiet on the Michael Phelps front since he was busted by a British tabloid for smoking pot. The Olympic swimmer resurfaced on TMZ.com over the weekend, but this time the news is more pleasant. Phelps is reportedly dating Brittny Gastineau, daughter of former Jets sackman, Mark Gastineau.
