Did You See That?

In today's A.M. Hot Clicks, I linked to a story about an ECHL team holding "Charlie Sheen Night." The Lake Elsinore Storm (a Class A affiliate of the Padres) are getting in on the action, too. They've officially invited Sheen and his "goddesses" for a "Charlie Sheen-co de Mayo" promotion on May 5. (Thanks to Dallis Anderson, of San Diego, for the link.)

Mark Burnett, of Sudbury, Ontario Canada, says, "Jimmy, I noticed you had Lucy Pinder as the LLOD on Thursday. Now don't get me wrong. Rosie Jones is, as Charlie Sheen would say, 'a winner'!" Yes, she is, so she's getting today's LLOD honors.

A Milford (Conn.) boys high school varsity basketball player on Monday attempted a free throw and the ball got stuck on the rim. Two nights later, the same thing happened to UConn's Alex Oriakhi.
