And it didn't. As you probably know by now, Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Nets forward Kris Humphries this morning after 72 days of a marriage. Athletes have had some fun with this news on Twitter today. Here are a few of the more entertaining Tweets:

1. Edmonton Oilers defensemanRyan Whitney: "Lost in all this Kardashian divorce talk is Lamar Odom. Poor bastard is still married to Khloe."

2. Packers tight endTom Crabtree: "Every time I hear a sad song now, I can't help but relate it to Kim Kardashian's divorce. These are sad times we live in."

3. Bills linebackerNick Barnett: "Kim said if the NBA is in a Lockout, I am as well goodbye Kris lol."

Anyway, since it is Halloween, and Kim is in the news, here's a gallery worth checking out.

The only thing I get more than Tim Tebow-related links these days are videos that feature LMAFO's Party Rock Anthem.. Here's one with an Aaron Rodgers lookalike singing a tribute to the Packers. (Thanks to Shaun, of Minnesota, Braden Carlson, of Madison, Wis, and Kyle Murphy, of Eau Claire, Wis., for the video.)
