It was not a good Wednesday night for Celtics forward Paul Pierce. Besides getting caught mid-pick, as seen above, Pierce fouled out against the Heat. He then decided to bail on his team before the outcome of the game had been determined.

The NBA held its draft lottery prior to the Heat beating the Celtics in overtime. The Charlotte Bobcats, who finished 7-59 this season, ended up with the No. 2 overall pick. However, even the prospect of getting Anthony Davis and the No. 1 pick didn't excite fans. The team's draft lottery party was downright depressing. As for the actually lottery, New Orleans ended up with the No. 1 pick, and a simple Google search shows that everyone thinks it was fixed.

Lawsuit Of The Day
The Mariners beat the Rangers last night by a score of 21-8. The scoring got so out of control that this fan with a dry erase board gave up hope on tracking Texas' comeback. Anyway, Seattle reliever Hisashi Iwakuma gave up three runs and five hits in three innings and because he pitched those three innings, he earned the save. It was 21-5 when he came in to pitch.
