Week 7 has come and gone, and it was no less dramatic for the Cleveland Browns. Step one for Cleveland was to take care of business in Indianapolis on Sunday, and they checked that box in incredible fashion.

Outside of Indianapolis, we gave you three games to keep your eyes on that were happening outside of the AFC North that would have direct impact on the Browns.

Seattle 20 Arizona 10

The Seahawks took care of business at home against the Arizona Cardinals. The 20-10 score does not tell the entire story of this game. Seattle finished with a double-digit victory and covered the spread even after turning the ball over three times.

The result of this game had no impact on Cleveland, but it featured the Browns' next two opponents. The takeaway from this game is that the Seahawks are very good. They have a great defense that can shut down any offense and Geno Smith has the offense playing well enough.

The Seahawks signature win this year came in Week 2 when they travelled to Detroit and beat the Lions 37-31. The Seahawks are not unbeatable, but they can come out and beat anyone.

The Browns will have their hands full next week in Seattle.

Chiefs 31 Chargers 17

This game started as a back and forth shootout, but Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce proved to be too much for the Chargers.

This result is exactly what Browns fans needed. It would appear that Kansas City is back to their old ways of being one of the very best teams in the league. They're in the driver's seat to win the AFC West.

For the Chargers, they fall to 2-4 on the year and are certainly on the outside looking in. They will not just close up shop and give up, but if Cleveland finds itself in a wild card battle, it will be good that the Chargers aren't in it.

Eagles 31 Dolphins 17

Those Kelly Green jerseys were incredible on Sunday Night! What was predicted to be one of the games of the week certainly started out that way. It was back and forth early, but the Eagles proved to be too much by the end of the game.

Again, this result is exactly what the Browns needed. The Dolphins are in first place of the AFC East and are tied with the Browns in losses early in the year. With the turmoil in Buffalo, who knows how the East is going to shake out. If the Browns are able to win the North, having a better record than the Dolphins could be a massive advantage for them.

Seven weeks into the year and the Browns find themselves in great position moving forward. They have to find a way to get wins despite very bad quarterback play. For now, the Browns are the 6th seed in the AFC in the second Wild Card position behind Pittsburgh.
