Injury Report: Latest on Deshaun Watson, Other Injuries From Week 6

Kevin Stefanski started his Monday press conference with an update on Deshaun Watson, but it wasn’t much of a status change from where the Cleveland Browns left off the previous week.
Watson remains “day to day,” according to Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot, and continues to work through his rehab, which includes throwing drills. It’s the same area Watson was in prior to Sunday as he continues to nurse a rotator cuff contusion to his right throwing shoulder, which has forced him to miss the last two games.
The Browns didn’t come away complete unscathed from injuries Sunday, either. Stefanski said LB Anthony Walker Jr. was placed in concussion protocol, according to Akron Beacon Journal's Chris Easterling. That could sideline him for their Week 7 game against the Colts.
Walker played just 23 snaps against the 49ers, but Sione Takitaki and Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah each did a solid job holding the middle of the defense. Both players also recorded a sack.
Stefanski said G Michael Dunn also suffered a calf injury but finished the game. He played every snap in place of Joel Bitonio, who didn’t play due to a knee injury, so he appears to have a good chance of being available against the Colts if Bitonio isn’t able to return.
Rookie WR Cedric Tillman missed the 49ers win with a hip injury suffered in practice last week, but Stefanski said he should be “good to go.”
