Fantasy football playoffs are officially here. If you are still in the running for your league championship, congratulations. If you are in the loser's bracket, like me, next year is your year.

Chances are, if you are in the fantasy football playoffs, you don't have many players who are going to be in this game, but if you do, a tip of the cap to you.

Cleveland and Chicago has a chance to be an old-school style football game where both of these teams struggle to get it going. The weather has the potential to be pretty bad which will cause a problem for both offenses.

While the Bears have one of the best rushing attacks in all of football, the Browns' defense at home is the best in the league. Whenever this group is on the home turf of Cleveland Browns Stadium they have a different energy to them and they play great.

While I say that, the defense is banged up pretty badly. This week they lost Maurice Hurst, Ogbo Okoronkwo and Grant Delpit to season-ending injuries. They will be without safety Juan Thornhill who is battling a calf injury so the Browns' defense is beat up. Something must give!

Start 'Em

  • Tight End - David Njoku
  • Wide Receiver - Elijah Moore
  • Kicker - Dustin Hopkins
  • Browns Defense
  • Quarterback - Justin Fields
  • Wide Receiver - DJ Moore
  • Tight End - Cole Kmet
  • Bears Defense

Sit 'Em

  • Quarterback - Joe Flacco
  • Wide Receiver - Amari Cooper
  • Running Back - Jerome Ford
  • Wide Receiver - Darnell Mooney

David Njoku has been a man on a mission for the Browns this season. He is playing his best football and has a chance to expose the Bears linebackers and safeties.

Joe Flacco is due for a regression game and this one has it written all over it. Bad weather, great defense, good pass rush and one lockdown corner. Fight the urge to start him, your fantasy playoffs are too important to take a flier on Flacco this week!

Expect Justin Fields to hook up deep with DJ Moore at least once and for Fields to break a long run to get some good points.

No one from this game is going to win you your first-round matchup but starting the wrong guy could certainly lose your game. Be smart with who you put in that lineup!
