Videos of Team USA Men's Basketball Players Receiving Olympic Jerseys Are Great

Team USA men's basketball roster for the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics was officially announced on Wednesday. It is, predictably, loaded with star power. All in all, the team boasts multiple gold medalists, NBA champions, MVPs, and countless All-NBA selections. It is a tremendous collection of talent that will double as one last run at international greatness for older stars like Stephen Curry, LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis.

To commemorate the momentous accomplishment of earning a spot on the team, each player was hand-delivered the jersey they'll be wearing in Paris. Grant Hill, former NBA great and the current managing director of USA Basketball, traveled around the country to knock on doors and present the country's threads.

It is excellent content and a good reminder of how much this means to these players. Especially the younger ones, like Anthony Edwards, who have never enjoyed this particular roller coaster before.

Here's Bam Adebayo's jersey presentation:

Then there's Jayson Tatum and Jrue Holiday, who made things easy on Hill by playing for the same team up in Boston. They were teammates once before, back in August 2021 for the Tokyo Olympics where Team USA earned gold yet again.

In a fun twist, Hill hid in an office for this next video while waiting for Joel Embiid to walk in. The first-time Olympian was thrilled to find Hill there.

It looks like the Indiana Pacers pulled off a similar operation with Tyrese Haliburton, who will make his own Olympic debut after multiple FIBA appearances.

Then it was Edwards's turn. He's the strongest candidate on the roster to pull off a worthy successor to Vince Carter's dunk of death.

Kevin Durant and Devin Booker made for another easy trip for Hill as teammates on the Phoenix Suns. Both are decorated international athletes as well.

For some reason Hill couldn't make it to the Clippers' facilities in Los Angeles, so coach Ty Lue was given the responsibility of handing over the Olympics jersey to Kawhi Leonard. This will be his first international appearance.

Finally, it was LeBron and AD's turn. Hill FaceTimed in while the pair were in New Orleans with the Los Angeles Lakers for the play-in game against the New Orleans Pelicans.

It's always heartwarming to see dreams come true and this was no different. What a moment for these 12 men who aim to cement their names in the Olympic record books this summer.
