According to Italian daily Corriere delloSport, Juventus has joined a queue of suitors for Borussia Dortmund defensive ace Neven Subotic.

The 20-year-old central defender has been making waves in the Bundesliga this season and his performances have caused a buzz around Europe, alerting the likes of Bayern Munich, Roma, Fiorentina and Liverpool to his abilities.

Juve boss Claudio Ranieri allegedly has been impressed with the tall stopper, who has a knack for scoring goals.

Subotic joined Borussia from Mainz last summer and has quickly established himself as a first-team regular. It is reported that the Bianconeri repeatedly have sent out scouts to monitor his progress.

He also made his international debut for Serbia last week in a World Cup qualifier against Romania after a long, draw-out saga over the former U.S. youth-teamer's international eligibility.

Any side willing to pry him away from the Signal Iduna Park is expected to have to shell out between $11 million to $14 million.
