SI’s Grant Wahl reported last week that Conte was the most likely choice for Chelsea, and that he had met with team officials twice already.

According to the report, Conte, 46, has agreed in full with the club, and the final step will be securing official approval from owner Roman Abramovich.

Chelsea was also reportedly interested in Atlético Madrid’s Diego Simeone and Massimiliano Allegri of Juventus.
