LONDON (AP) Former Juventus striker Fernando Llorente joined Swansea on a two-year deal in a major coup for the Premier League team on Friday.

The Welsh club didn't disclose the transfer fee for the 31-year-old Llorente, who signed from Sevilla.

Llorente has played 24 games for Spain, and was a member of his country's World Cup and European Championship-winning squads.

Liverpool full back Jon Flanagan joined promoted Burnley on loan for the rest of the season.
