VIDEO: Crystal Palace Star Celebrates Last Minute FIFA 18 Winner in Hong Kong Tournament

Crystal Palace are currently in Hong Kong for the Asia Trophy and although that is taking place on the field, members of the squad have been partaking in a virtual tournament on FIFA 18, and one particular player couldn't hide his delight at scoring a last minute winner.

The Eagles documented the occasion on their Twitter account and captured Andros Townsend celebrating his winning goal against youngster Keshi Anderson.

His celebration did look a little under practised, maybe due to the fact that he scored just three goals in 36 league appearances last season.

But at least he is getting in practice early this season, as the Crystal Palace fans will be desperate for more goals from the 26-year-old - on the field that is.

With his maiden season for the club under his belt, Townsend will need to leave the game controller alone and impress new manager Frank de Boer as they look to bounce back from last seasons fourteenth place finish.

The FIFA tournament in Hong Kong looks to narrow down contenders from both Crystal Palace and Leicester until one player remains for each club, with the two then playing their counter part in the final.

Both clubs will return to action on Saturday at the Hong Kong Stadium, as the Eagles face West Brom for third place whilst the Foxes lineup against Liverpool in the final.
