How to watch the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup Draw on Dec. 8.

The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup Draw will take place on Saturday, Dec. 8 in Paris.

Host nation France will be one of six teams in pot 1 and will be pre-assigned to the top position in Group A. Teams will be drawn into six groups of four teams each and will be placed in four pots based on the FIFA Women's World Rankings released on Dec. 7. No group can contain more than one team from each confederation except for UEFA. In that case, each group can have no more than two UEFA teams.

Chile, Jamaica, Scotland and South Africa will be making their Women's World Cup debuts in 2019. The United States enters the 2019 tournament as defending champions.

The 2019 Women's World Cup will start on June 7 and end July 7.
