Witness list have been submitted in the pay equity litigation brought by members of the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team. The hearing was scheduled for May 5th, but the coronavirus pandemic limiting federal courthouses operations stopped it from happening. Virus aside, new U.S. Soccer president Cindy Parlow Cone and CEO and secretary general Will Wilson have both voiced a desire to settle.
