It's summertime, and you're an offensive lineman at Troy. What do you do? Practice? Memorize your playbook? Work out? Two verbs: slip and slide.
It's no stretch to say that seeing these students barreling quickly towards you constitutes the nightmares of more than one opposing defense.
Bringing it in for a huddle is one thing, but this, it's safe to say, is decidedly another.
The slip n' slide is an event in which the competitor not is judged not only on speed, but also technical skill.
As the student-athlete on the right can attest, Under Armour is a fabric which is useful not only on the field but also on artificial plastic waterways designed for children.
From terror, to ecstasy, to denial, to enthusiasm, the slip n' slide truly runs the gamut of human emotion.
In the end, everyone was a winner. Except, of course, for that surely trashed plastic tarp.
