RAMSAU, Austria (AP) Norway won a Nordic combined World Cup team event after Joergen Graabak beat Germany's Fabian Riessle by the length of a ski tip in the cross-country race on Saturday.

Riessle led the final loop of the 4x5-kilometer relay but Graabak overtook the German on the final section and won by a 0.1-second margin.

The Norwegian team of Mikko Kokslien, Haavard Klemetsen, Jan Schmid and Graabak finished in 45 minutes, 23.1 seconds. Germany, with Tino Edelmann, Eric Frenzel, Johannes Rydzek and Riessle, started first after winning the ski jump.

France came 6.5 seconds back in third, and Austria was fourth. Austria's Christoph Bieler broke five ribs when he crashed during trial jumps, and was ruled out from competition for six weeks.
