KOENIGSSEE, Germany (AP) Martins Dukurs of Latvia powered to his seventh straight overall skeleton World Cup title when he won the final race of the season Saturday.

Dukurs captured seven of eight races this season. He was .56 seconds faster than Yun Sung-bin of South Korea. Tomass Dukurs, the older of the two brothers, was .74 seconds back in third.

Yun made his sixth straight podium finish and said he was ''speechless'' after becoming the first skeleton slider from South Korea and Asia to finish with a medal in overall standings, which reflected Saturday's race results.

Four-time world champion and Olympic silver medalist Martin Dukurs finished with 1,785 points, Yun had 1,575 and Tomass Dukurs 1,548.

Dukurs said he'd enjoyed an ''exceptional season.''
