Cam Newton shows off his workout regimen in new commercial

Cam Newton may have had a tough game on Monday night, losing to the Philadelphia Eagles 45-21, but if his newest commercial with Beats by Dre is any indicatioan, it was not caused by him slacking off in the weight room.

Cam Newton may have had a tough game on Monday night, losing to the Philadelphia Eagles 45-21, but if his newest commercial with Beats by Dre is any indication, it was not caused by him slacking off in the weight room.

The new ad for the company's wireless headphones shows Newton going through an intense workout in the gym while listening to music from Kendrick Lamar and Jay Rock.

The commercial is the second in a series that began with LeBron James hitting the gym in his old high school last month.

Unlike LeBron, Newton has to ditch his headphones when he heads into work, as the NFL has been handing out $10,000 fines for players who wear brands other than official league sponsor Bose.
