Ex-SMU coach Phil Bennett claims he didn't use computer for seven years

Phil Bennett went 18-52 in six seasons as the head football coach at SMU and was fired after a 1-11 season. There may be a simple explanation for this.
I told Baylor DC Phil Bennett he should join Twitter. His response: in 7 years as SMU HC, he never turned on his computer.

He never used his computer? Not even once? It wasn't even that long ago, either. He was there from 2002 to 2007 and still living in the previous century.
He's since been hired as the defensive coordinator at Baylor, but it sounds like Bennett will never have the same entertaining online presence as Penn State offensive line coach Herb Hand.
