Dan Snyder's NFL franchise was never known for being particularly progressive, so it's understandable if they make a technological screw-up.

The team's marketing arm came up with the genius idea to offer a special Cyber Monday deal on 2015 season tickets ... and make it available only by phone.

While it's certainly misguided to force customers to use the 19th century's hottest technology on a day dedicated to online shopping, it's probably equally reckless to scam people into investing in tickets for such a hapless franchise.
