Mustard Minute: College baseball rain delay turns into jousting contest

George Washington University and Delaware State’s baseball teams decided to square off in a different contest on tTuesday, rain delay jousting.

George Washington University and Delaware State’s baseball teams were scheduled to play on Tuesday but inclement weather prevented them from getting onto the diamond.

Since the players had already gotten themselves ready for competition they decided to square off in a different contest, rain delay jousting.

Last year UNC-Wilmington and Tulane killed time during a rain delay by holding a free throw shooting contest between teams, and playing tic-tac-toe on a baseball rolled between the dugouts.
