World renowned musician Prince died Thursday at age 57. 

R.I.P. Prince

Prince died at his home in Minnesota Thursday, his publicist confirmed. He was 57. He had been sick with the flu for a number of weeks and was recently hospitalized, though he was eventually released from the hospital and returned home. Athletes across the country expressed their condolences.

I’m sure I’ll catch some flack for this, but I’m not terribly familiar with Prince’s oeuvre. Yeah, I’m really young. But even I know that his Super Bowl halftime show was the greatest of all time.
