Party in Toronto
Edwin Encarnacion hit an 11th inning walk-off home run to lead Toronto past Baltimore in their one-game wildcard series. There are two things people are talking about this morning: A fan threw a beer at Orioles' outfielder Hyun Soo Kim as he was attempting to catch a long flyball and Buck Showalter really screwed up by not pitching Zach Britton. Toronto and Texas begin their series on Thursday afternoon.
Good Guy Alert
Shout out to Browns running back Isaiah Crowell, who donated his first game check ($35,000) to the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation. Back in July, Crowell posted an image to Instagram of a police officer getting his throat slit after the killings in Dallas but has since worked with police to get a better understanding of their situation.
