Tracy McGrady says he is not contemplating comeback
Former NBA All-Star Tracy McGrady clarified Wednesday that he does not want to make a comeback.
McGrady was quoted in a Bleacher Report article earlier this week as saying he would be interested in playing for the Lakers.
McGrady posted on his Facebook page Wednesday that he is "happily retired."
The 35-year-old McGrady battled injuries throughout his NBA career.

The 6-foot-8 swingman posted career averages of 19.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game. He led the NBA in scoring in both the 2002-03 and 2003-04 seasons.

McGrady's last full season in the NBA was in 2011-12 as a member of the Hawks. He spent the next season playing in China and returned to the NBA in spring of 2013 to play for the Spurs in the playoffs.
After announcing his retirement from basketball, McGrady made four appearances as a pitcher for the Sugar Land Skeeters, an independent league baseball team.
