Grizzlies forward Jeff Green converted a game-winning and-one with 4.5 seconds remaining to help Memphis defeat the Suns 102-101 on Monday night.

With the Grizzlies trailing 101-99, point guard Mike Conley got open for a potential game-winning three-pointer but missed the shot. Green was there for the rebound and quickly threw up a leaner from just inside the free throw line, making the basket and drawing a foul on the Suns' Eric Bledsoe in the process. He then hit the free throw to put the Grizzlies ahead.

The Suns had a chance to win it in the final seconds, but Markieff Morris' elbow jumper was blocked by Marc Gasol, who came in from the right side of the paint to get the game-sealing rejection.

Green finished with 12 points and seven rebounds, while Gasol had 15 points, eight assists, six rebounds and three blocks. Mike Conley led Memphis with 23 points. Suns point guard Isaiah Thomas scored a game 24 points off the bench.
