The Milwaukee Bucks will not trade forward Greg Monroe ahead of Thursday’s deadline, reports Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today.
Several teams have reportedly inquired about the forward, but Zillgitt reports that there is “zero chance Monroe is traded” before the deadline.
Monroe is in his first year with the Bucks and is currently averaging 16.7 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.
Monroe spent five seasons with the Pistons before signing a three-year, $50 million contract with the Bucks as a free agent.
Milwaukee currently has a record of 22–32. The team is set to take on the Charlotte Hornets on Friday.
