The Detroit Lions might have endured a disappointing season in 2013, but thanks to a new coaching staff led by Jim Caldwell and a plethora of talent on the roster, Lions players are feeling confident about the future.

Recently, safety James Ihedigbo said that this Lions team has what it takes to walk away with the Lombardi Trophy next February, telling MLive.com that they have "championship DNA."

Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was asked if he agrees with Ihedigbo's statement when speaking to the NFL Network:

“Yeah, I without question agree,” Suh said via Pro Football Talk. “We have the opportunity to have a great group of guys. The front office did a great job of bringing in extra talent, talent that can step on the field and help us, and we have a lot of young guys that are starting to get into their prime, including myself.”

Suh also said the Lions are focused on 'being perfectionists' to avoid the mistakes that so often plagued them last season.
