The DUI case stemming from Seattle Seahawks running back Spencer Ware's Jan. 12 arrest has been dismissed, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Ware was pulled over in Seattle the morning after the Seahawks beat the New Orleans Saints in the second round of the 2013-14 NFL playoffs.

From The Seattle Times:

Dan Donohoe, spokesman for the King County prosecutor’s office, said today that the case was dismissed on Friday after a judge ruled that the officer lacked reasonable suspicion of DUI at the time he initiated the traffic stop. The judge suppressed all of the evidence gathered thereafter, including the BAC test, and dismissed the case.

Ware was drafted by the Seahawks in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft out of LSU. He played in the first two games of the season before suffering a season-ending ankle injury.

Ware and the Seahawks are set to report to training camp on Friday.
