New York Jets release depth chart: No starting running back

The Jets released their first depth chart of the preseason August 4 ahead of their August 7 preseason opener.

As expected, Geno Smith is the first-string quarterback. However, the Jets do not list a starter at running back. Instead, Chris Ivory, Chris Johnson and Bilal Powell all get top billing.

On the defensive side, newly-acquired Dimitri Patterson starts opposite second-year player Dee Milner at cornerback. Veteran pass rusher Jason Babin is listed as second-string.
