Add Tony Allen to the list of players Memphis may not have available for Game 7 in Oklahoma City on Saturday night.

Already without Zach Randolph, who was suspended for throwing a punch at the Thunder's Steven Adams in Game 6, Allen left the morning shootaround early with a trainer while wearing wraparound black glasses, according to ESPN.com's Brian Windhorst, who reports Allen may have been suffering from a migraine.

The 32-year-old Allen is the Grizzlies' top defender, and he has done a nice job guarding Kevin Durant, who is shooting only 41 percent in the series.

Memphis coach Dave Joerger wouldn't comment on Allen's status or what he is dealing with, and would only say "possibly" when asked if Allen would play on Saturday.

Allen hasn't started a game in the series, but is averaging 11.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals and is shooting 50.8 percent from the field.

Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley is dealing with a strained right hamstring, and his backup, Nick Calathes, is suspended for violating the league's anti-drug policy.

"It feels around the same, the pain is still there," Conley said. "I'm going to go as hard as I can for as long as I can."

Added center Marc Gasol: "Fair or unfair, that's the situation that we're in."
