In an interview with The Boston Globe, former Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine claims that had the team decided to bring him back this year, he could've led them to the World Series. For those keeping track at home, the Sox won 69 games last season with Valentine at the helm and 97 this year with John Farrell as manager.

Speaking of Delusional Sports Figures

Former Eagles wide receiver Freddie Mitchell had an incredible rant on the Facebook page of NBC Sports Radio host Eytan Shander, saying that the Eagles lost the 2004 Super Bowl because Donovan McNabb had a "sh--ty-ass arm" and that Rodney Harrison's success was due to his HGH use.
